MRM - Member Relationship Management is a software solution that provides all the basics for tracking and maintaining contact with visitors, regular attenders and members.  It incorporates all the aspects of visitor tracking - number of visits, personal information, contact tracking (calls, emails, mail, etc.) along with person visits to the church tracked through welcome cards.  The system moves people from visitor to regular attender and provides a path for membership by tracking connection points such as personal information about family needs, information obtained in small groups and other vital information to make connecting to the person(s) a more enjoyable experience.  Once a member, the member tracking information allows for placing information about spiritual gifts, events they have participated in before and personal abilities that can be used in conjunction with their spiritual gifts in the church.  This system also allows you to obtain and maintain a record of visits and personal contact that lets you keep from losing a member(s) by not having a connection point.
